Happy Wednesday everyone.  School’s out for Summer… the weather is getting hotter, and the Real Estate world is constantly changing.  With that being said, I’m pleased to announce a few MAJOR changes with us here at Zahler Properties.  We are in the final stages of launching our fully redesigned website.  www.ZahlerProperties.com will have a FRESH new look, be more user friendly, and you’ll still have the valuable access to search our local MLS on your own through our partner website, www.SearchVegasAreaHouses.com.  The new look website will be easier to navigate, will have our Videos directly available on the site, and easier access to our blog content for Real Estate and lifestyle.  Look for the newly launched Zahler Properties website on June 12^th!

We also have one other item that we are excited to be launching.  While Zahler Properties is excited to bring you valuable Real Estate content, we understand that life is more than Real Estate.  We are passionate about life, and our city, and for these reasons, have created a new blog and Facebook Page for the Las Vegas lifestyle.  We are calling it “Summerlin Insider”, a nod to the area of town we started our company and live in.  Summerlin Insider will be more than just about Summerlin, but the surrounding areas as well.  Summerlin Insider will be our blog to provide you with everything lifestyle related in the area.  From Restaurant Reviews to videos on parks and community events, our goal is to provide information about every facet of life when living here in Las Vegas.  New content will be uploaded on a regular basis, and the blog will be available on www.ZahlerProperties.com.  As mentioned, you will also be able to find up to date posts and information on our NEW Facebook Page called “Summerlin Insider”.  Be sure to find the page and “like” it.  I’m sure there will be local giveaways as well, so stay tuned.

For those of you that currently follow our Zahler Properties Instagram (@ZahlerPropertiesLLC), keep on following.  The feed will take the Summerlin Insider role and give you more ‘likable’ content.  It will still have Real Estate items as well, but it will focus more on the Summerlin Insider information.

Our goal is to always provide valuable content to our clients and consumers.  We are very excited to increase the amount of lifestyle content we bring you, as we understand that Real Estate is our passion, but life is everyone’s passion.  We are looking forward to the new additions and hope you are too.
